Taylor Forge

Hello from the Taylor Forge State Farm Office

Happy Fall! The 'dress in layers' season has officially arrived. You know, it's 40 degrees when you wake up and 75 degrees by lunch.

We love this time of year as it brings the start of the holiday season, sweater weather, football, hunting and pumpkin carving. Another biggie is fire season is hopefully behind us.

Anyhow, a little more about us....

Welcome to the Taylor Forge State Farm office in Lewiston, Idaho!

As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I’m proud to carry on my father’s nearly 40-year legacy of serving the Lewis Clark Valley. After graduating from the University of Idaho and working alongside my dad, I saw firsthand the impact we can make by helping people prepare for the future, overcome the unexpected, and protect what matters with dependable insurance options.

As the fourth of five generations born and raised in the Lewis Clark Valley, it’s truly a privilege to give back to the community that has always been there for my family.

We’re proud to serve our Good Neighbors across both Idaho and Washington.

🌟 We’re here to help protect every season of your life.

In addition to RV and recreational insurance, we offer the full range of State Farm products: Home, Life, Condo, Renters, Health, and Business Insurance. We take the time to get to know your unique needs and help you build a personalized plan that’s right for you and your family. Have you made sure your family is protected?

❤️ Community matters.

Outside the office, I have been a proud volunteer with the Lewis Clark Valley Boys & Girls Club for over 20 years. I’m also a devoted husband and dad, and if I’m not working or giving back, I’m probably out hiking, fishing, hunting, or camping with my wife and son.

It’s truly rewarding to support my own family by helping you protect yours. If you’re looking for a local, committed insurance team that treats you like more than just a policy number, stop by our pet-friendly office or give us a call. We’d love to meet you and help you get ready for whatever comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: How do I get car insurance quotes?

A: You can get car insurance quotes online, by phone, or with a local agent by sharing details about your vehicle, driving history, and coverage needs. Looking for coverage? Give us a ring!

Q: How soon can I get insured for my car?

A: In many cases, coverage can start the same day you decide to move forward. We can help you get set up quickly, so you're covered and ready to go.

Q: What kind of insurance do I need for a leased vehicle?

A: Leased vehicles typically require more coverage than the state minimums. In addition to liability insurance, leasing companies usually require comprehensive and collision coverage, and you may need to list the leasing company on your policy as an additional insured or loss payee. Serving Lewiston, Clarkston, and the surrounding area, we can help answer your questions.

Q: How does a life insurance policy actually function?

A: Life insurance provides a payout to your beneficiaries if you pass away while the policy is active, helping offer financial protection. Give us a call to see how we can help YOU protect those YOU care about.

Q: Do you have to have home insurance?

A: Whether homeowners' insurance is required depends on your situation and may vary by state. If you have home financing, your lender will likely require it. Even if it's not required, many people choose to have coverage to help protect their home and everything that comes with it. Have questions? Give us a call!

Q: What's included in renters insurance coverage?

A: Renters insurance can help protect the things you've worked hard for, like your furniture, clothing, and electronics. It may also help with liability if someone is injured in your home and even assist with temporary living expenses if you have to move out due to a covered loss.
