Taylor is very responsive and thorough. He replies promptly to questions. In my meeting with him he explained both the home and auto quotes and compared them honestly with other quotes I had gotten from other companies. He is very friendly and engaging and I felt very confident and comfortable that I made the correct, informed decision to go with him and State Farm. I had been with another company for over 30 years, but feel Taylor and State Farm will be a better fit for me.
